Default TH400 stock case - bellhousing possible problem ?

Hi guys!

I had question -

Mine TH400 has STOCK case.
There can be problems with stock-bellhousing (crack or destruction)?
I plan to make runs with TransBreak (900HP around).

This can be necessary for me this JW "Ultra-bell" ?

Thank.

i know plenty of guys running s stock case 400's way into the 7's. however you will need a flexplate shield and trans shield. CSR makes a carbon fiber shield whick covers both and will fit under the floor better

O, Vetteman9368 - thank for the answer!

You speak that "Ultrabell" is not obligatory.... Ok - I have understood.

That those guys, which go 7-sec around with STOCK TH400-case - it means, that to mine stock-bellhousing will not threaten any problem (cracks or distruction) ?
Correctly?

You recommend to buy it:

Right?

What for it to buy, if problems with destruction TH400-case will not be?
( You can to me it advise it to buy, because it the RULES NHRA require ?
At us in Russia of these rules is not present )

P.S.

***** Merry Christmas for ALL!!! ****

well I don't think you will have any problem cracking he bellhousing as long as the motor is not moving (solid mounts or motorplate), however in case of a catastrophic converter or trans failure you wouldn't want pieces of the trans/convertoer to become shrapnel and come into the car and hurt you, possibly severely. And yes it is an NHRA requirement, and i know you don't have as tough of safety standards. But i seem to remember a little power plant in the Ukraine that wasn't built to our safety standards either
