I was worried about him this morning with the cold morning air and no hardtop. He'll have 2 more time shots on Friday then the the big show on Saturday. I hope he comes home with a gold card.

I have a new password
Yesterday (Thursday) I did go under by a tenth. I staged the car thiking it was going to run a 13.50. Since the car left hard, I went red -.011. Second time shot I had to make a come back. Bamm .015.
Fridays weather was cold and real humid. Humidity was at 89% on my first time shot. I was .015 again in the right lane as if I would be in the left lane . Well, The fun was over, The guy running the lanes for the second time shot pointed at me and said "YOU - LEFT LANE" - I asked him Why? Some bull as if someone paid him to do it.
Well, The left lane was all new to me here. I had a .035. Thank God. This was also for the $$$$. Well I was off on the dial. I noticed that I need to 2 data banks for this place. The morning time shot was a 13.86 (DA 730, Hum 82%, temp 50) The weather station said that I was going to run 13.99 for the second time shot with the DA at 1790. BUT, The humid weather was gone. It was 39% at 2:30pm. In the back of my mind I was thinking "What to dial?" I figured the norm world be .04 or .05 slower. I dialed a 13.98 and went 13.90. Ugggg If I add the .04 to the morning run (13.86) I would have been feeling better over the choice I made.
Crazy weather up here. I am having a great time. I found my spot on the tree and I have figured out how to dial the car based on the crazy weather. My fingers are crossed for tomm.
Saturdays weather is up in the air as well as Sunday. We were told today that if need be, We would run on Monday if we were to get rained out on Saturday and Sunday.
Talk to you saturday night with the results. I will most likely call Edgar with the results while driving home if we finish Saturday. I am checking out Saturday morning from the hotel.
Rob sounds like you're on your game. Just stay inside yourself and make sure you can run the number....as you know, a lot of these guys are holding....especially in the later rounds. Those lights will win a lot of rounds especially with your ability at the stripe. I look forward tomorrow's update. I smell victory here.

Thanks for the kind words. Well, Round 1 came. Everybody said to add .14 to your 1st time shot from the day before. The weatehr station was telling me a 13.99. I dialed 14.00 to be on the safe side . Well the guy I am racing is dialed 15.76. He leaves then I leave - Think to myself - Not a bad light but close - RED. YES RED. -.001 RED The other guy was .000. I ran 14.02 flat out. The other guy was not able to run his number. Oh well. I guess I will try for next year.
I am really surprised the air bag did not go off in my car.
After 6 red light losses this year.....i feel your pain. Unfortunately i was pulling so hard for you, that i feel like i red lit AGAIN. Damn it, 1 Thou on the wrong side!!!
Any reports on the team results???? I'm guess'n Atco is going to kick butt again. Their Heavy team looked unbeatable.
I know the opponent was thanking the powers above for that RT, because if Rob went perfect, the dude would have lost!
Check it out...!
