What a wet mess. Must have had 5 rain delays. Only got 2 of our normal 4-5. Went three rounds then lost to Former World Champ "Speedy" Emmons. Oh well if you're gonna lose might as well be to the best. Finally dug back into NHRA's pockets, its nice to have them write the check occasionally. We'll try again in 2 weeks at the D2 race in Atlanta.

Long haul all right.

Can you share why you chose the Houston race which is Div 4 and seemingly much further than say a Div 1 race in NJ?

its a 7 hr drive from Mobile, AL to Baytown, TX. I know its 14 hours just to get to VA. No D1 racing for us.
