Hey great to see you guys here again. When are you coming back to Bowling Green? We're the group from TX who fed Jack Daniels to all the Canadians a couple of years ago! Had a blast in the parking lot!

No this is Jim.....I was the good looking one that hung around with Donny! We're working on getting him there...his daughter is graduating HS that weekend, but we're working on plane flights. Might bring his car up and then he can drive back. We've been the last few years...it's great!

There is a pretty good size crowd that comes up from TX with C-1's - C-6's. Always fun times and always free Jack Daniels at the TX area of the parking lot!

Default rear tires

That is an awesome vette you have there. Looks like a 28X10 rear tire ? What size rim do you use to get that tire under there and how do you stop it from squating so hard that it hits the tire on the rear quarter panel ?

Thaks you

mike

Thanks Mike! The rims are 10" wide and I believe they are a 70/30 off set. We use longer snubbers to limit the travel in the rear suspension to about 1.5" and let the tires take up about another 1.5" when it hits! The tires are 28X10 Mikey Thompson Drag Radials, and the car shorts 1.35 60's on them Steve

plum,

where are you getting the longer snubbers ? Or are they just a traction bar snubber replacement ?

thanks

Hey Mike the snubbers we used are after market and I believe we got them from "Exotic Muscle". We also made custom extensions to extend them down further.

Hey Mike I will take some pictures this weekend, when I take the rear out of the car. I made a mistake the rear tires are 325's and are almost 12" wide!
