Check out a chassis builder like http://www.neverliftracecraft.com/
They have the proper components to solve your problems.

At the dragstrip? You usually got 800 feet at least before the return lane. Hell I can stop in enough time by putting my left foot out and dragging it on the pavement (slight exageration there). Stock brakes are fine.
However, visit the C3 forum and make some inquires. Some of the guys have been very creative in fabricating set ups for aftermarket brake kits. Like I said for drag racing (perhaps not for autocross) stock brakes are fine as long as they are working correctly. Now - C3 brakes also have some peculiarities - bleeding is tricky and rotor run out is an issue. Again ask at the C3 section of this website.
