ERTL released cars not on website

I found two more cars at a Target the other day from ERTL that are not listed on the website. A black 67 vert w/white stinger and a red 62 w/white coves. Checked the website and cars not listed...

I don't know if it's on their site or not, but they've also released a 50th red '63

I wonder how come they release Diecast Corvettes under the 50th Anv. label and don't list them as even being available? Even if they are exclusives of certain chain stores there should be somewhere a list of these and how to purchase them. I Think they are hurting their sales by not listing these on their website. Of course Ertl just doesn't think we enthusists care about detail or even correct color combinations as shown by releasing the 62 with painted coves, the 67 in a color never produced and a very poor edition of the 53. Maybe we should all write them and tell them to get their heads out of their butts and not purchase such junk. :mad

Then I would never buy any diecast car because they are never trully a scale rendition of any car. They just shouldn't advertise them as "correct" or true scale. I buy all the 1/18ths that I find just because I have become obsessed with the "HUNT".....Although, with the money I have spent on cars and cases over the past I could have bought a new crate LT4 engine....D'OH!!!!
