Melting Slicks
So far the only diecast Grand Sport available is the Hot Wheels yellow one. Norscott is supposed to make them in 1:24th scale. When those come out I'm really not sure.

I found this on ebay searching 1/12 corvette in toys and hobbies. It's not a die cast but an RC car. The body proportions and details look good but the paint quality is not up to diecast model standards. The hood and doors do not open but the interior looks pretty good as do the wheels and tires. It was only $52 (cheaper now) so not a bad price. The color is a shade darker than jet stream blue and it also comes in yellow. I have no idea how well it works as an RC car. If you want a different color you'll have to paint it but that doesn't look too hard if you take it apart. The Volt model is 1/18 to compare the size to 1/12. What do you think? Here's a link.
