Have you tried http://www.diecastmuscle.com ? They might have it. Good luck with finding it.

All of my usually on-line sources have sold out - including diecastmuscle.

If there is a good sized Corvette show in your area check the vendors there. They seem to have the older, out-of-stock stuff longer. Sometimes even at semi-reasonable prices.

I hate the bidding wars also on this item as I have bid on 4 of them over the past month. Most are coming out of austrailia with $20 shipping but they all have gone for over $100. I guess the only way I'm going to get one is pay the price!!! as I've tried every supplier that has a web site. :smash:

I think I got the last one at Diecastmuscle several weeks ago. Order the new maroon 67 coupe from them now so you won't have this same problem in a few months. They just started shipping them.

I found a place to purchase these but it is an international order (Austrailia) http://www.shiremodels.com.au/public/home.ehtml There price is reasonable $89.95 Au = $48.59 US + shipping of $16.00 Au = $8.64 US Total of $57.23 U.S. Dollars. I guess the dollar conversion to work well in our favor as $1 of our money is worth $1.851166 of theirs as of today's conversion factor. I ordered mine today...wonder how long it might take to get here? This is where most of the ones I've seen on E-Bay are coming from.

I was able to buy the Marlboro Maroon coupe, the Metallic Green blown coupe and the pro street Orange coupe today at a local swap meet. I didn't see the Marina Blue roadster but will check with the guy tomorrow if I can get hold of him. This is the first I have seen of the Motorbox cars and they are really well detailed as well as having excellent paint for this price range ($40).

Got confermation my 67 Blue roadster was shipped from Shire Models and only cost $57.56 US Dollars from Austrailia. A Better price than I could find on E-bay. I got the Maroon and Yellow Coupes coming fromPhilly Mint ( Bought off E-Bay) got both for a total of $82 which I thought was a fair price. Will post pictures of my collection soon.

Just to follow up, my source didn't return several messages so I took Silver85's advice and ordered one from Shire Models. It shipped on the 10th and should be here by the 20th or so.

C1Dream- did you find a source for one?

Silver85- has yours showed up yet, how do you like it?

Got mine yesterday, much faster than promised. Very nice detail except for the big block exhaust manifolds (ports every other instead of center two together). Would be better if the top came off but the rest of the car is excellent.
