I am looking for something to resemble my '90. I just need an early body coupe. I can paint it if need be.

Chevrolet made a red 1990 ZR1 promo in 1/25 from Ertl in plastic.. They should be pretty easy to find on flebay....

Ertl made a 1:18th scale 84 that is a good looking early C4 body style in red.

Check ebay or any decent hobby shop for Ertl 1/18. As the previous poster mentioned they made a few '84s, but they also did a couple '86s which will give you the Tuned Port motor and the roof mounted brake light. That will get you close except for interior and wheels...

The problem with the 86's was that they had white stripes and Crager wheels so thats why I recommended the 84 instead. but you could take any of the other ertl chassies and swap them fairly easy to get the tunned port engine. Most will never open the hood anyway. Then you would need a Maisto 96 to get the correct wheels as shown in your profile. That's a swap I haven't tried but I'm sure it could be done.

Thanks guys! I will search that name and see what I find.

Edit: The street wheels are acutally Torq Thrust Ms so I doubt any models have those! The race wheels are the ZR1 style.
