Default My 1:18 scale Corvette Garage goes Country

For those of you what have been following my prior 3 threads since the first of the year, sit back and check out my latest pictures. I just received from the photo studio, pictures taken for the feature article in the August 2009 magazine called “Toy Farmer”. This magazine is all about diecast tractors, implements and trucks; in all scales from 1/128 to 1/16. The studio has much better equipment and lighting than what I used for the earlier photos posted in 3 other threads; and I hope that higher quality shows up on your monitor today. Perhaps you will see some new detail herein that you can use with your own display. You may find it interesting to learn that just 2 hours before these pictures were taken, the barn was empty. Yes, that is me in the last pic; and it is included only to show a different angle of the layout. This diorama is 32 inches long x 22 inches wide x 24 inches high. The logs are 1 inch square.

The first pic I took some time ago, and is posted to keep this Corvette related.

The barn is presently empty; as that was required to bring it home from the photo studio.
There will be a new layout this winter and you get a glimpse of what is going outside the garage as well. Until then…

Dave

I particularly like this one

Is this 1:18 or 1:24?
Where did you find all the little accessories?

The tractors are 1:16 & the Corvette 1:18. Most accessories are either 1:18 or 1:24. Many were found on that auction site.
