I don't have either one available, but the closest ones made to what you're looking for are the Ertl 2003 white Corvette coupe (has red seats which could be swapped or repainted) and the Maisto 1992 black ZR-1 (comes with a black interior, and the ZR-1 markings are just removeable stickers).
If you don't find them here, a hobby store should still have the 2003, and the black 1992 shows up on Ebay occasionally.
