Default Corvette coin?

Is there such an animal? I play poker on a regular basis these days ans would like to have one as a "mark" for my cards.

So, is there such a thing made???

Yes there was a Corvette coin. In 1993 if you test drove a new Corvette from a GM dealership and filled out a satisfaction survey, then mailed it off to GM you would receive a minted .999 silver coin in a plastic display case

One side of the coin had a 1953 Corvette on it the other side had "GM proud" on it The coin itself is very rare. The last time I saw one for sale was last year at Carlisle. The price....$775.00

I'm glad to say I took a test drive of a new Corvette back in "93" and yes I did get a Corvette coin

I have seen coins on e-bay. One was a silver Indianapolis 500 2004 pace car coin.

EDIT, here is a 50th AE one http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...956353496&rd=1

I test drove a used C5 the other day. After I made the saleman an offer, he tossed me a quarter and told me to call another dealer. Apparently he didn't like my offer. Does that coin count?

What about the one that came with the Franklin Mint '63 Z06? Not a fantastic find but it is a Corvette coin.
