I finally had a minute to check...
#10 is a yellow '66 Coupe (rel 4), #12 is a Red '66 Coupe (rel 3), #29 is a white 35th Anniversary Coupe (rel 3), #36 is a '93 40th Anniversary Convert (rel 3), #39 is the '95 Indy Pace Car convert (rel 4), and #40 is the '96 Gran Sport coupe (rel 3). For some reason they did doubles of some years and skipped others...
The '88 Anniversary car is tough to get because a lot of people think they are white lightning cars due to the white interior and wheels, and try to get big money for them. But, series 3 white lightning cars have Gold wheels and white tires - yuck!
Good luck - best I can say is keep checking ebay, as these have been out of production for about a year...
I pick up these at Kay Bee's a couple of weeks ago:

You better head for ebay - 11 (Maroon '66 Conv) & 25 (yellow '86 Pace Car) were both Johnny Lightning "Club Members Only" Mail Away cars and 29 is the 35th Anniversary '88 that people try to pass off as "White Lightning" cars due to the white interior and wheels, as stated above.
I now need the #11 and #29 cars. I may have something working for the #11 car. So if anyone can provide assistance in getting a #29 car I would greatly appreciate it.
thanks,
Bill
Yee Haw!!! Thank you all-I have just negotiated a deal to complete my collection. I should be getting my #11 (66 coupe mail order)(#25-86 pace car mail order)(#29-88 all white 35th anniversary car) in a couple of days. If I have figured it correctly this will complete my set. I may have an extra #25-86 pace car mail order car as a result of this transaction but that's okay. I would consider passing it on to someone. I was beginning to think I might not ever get the #29 car. I think that will cost a pretty buck or two if you need it especially and the two mail order cars will not be too easy just not as difficult as the #29. These mail order cars are sent to Johnny Lightning club members only as I understand and that is the reason I was beginning to worry because I am not a JL club member. I apologize if I seem a little brash I don't mean to be...just happy at being able to get these cars!

I have an extra #11 1966 mail order only car and an extra #25 1986 mail order onlly pace car Imay part with if anyone is interested. These cars were sent to Johnny Lightning club members only.
