Default WTB C3 / 68-73 Convertible

Looking for a 68-73 Convertible. Looking for a driver in good condition. Some cosmetic work ok but no major project. In fairly close proximity to central Ohio if possible.

With all due respect, a nice, even non numbers matching 68-72 will run more than $18k. A Base 69-72 Convertible in very nice condition will run in $21k -$24K.

An L48 73 Convertible might be had in very nice condition for $18k or maybe less. Especially an automatic.

You may want to consider raising your price point IMHO.

Thanks for the tip.....My price range is based on what I sold a very nice '73 4-speed, both tops, numbers matching, one repaint two years ago. Sold for 17,000. Hindsight...probably not enough. We all know you get what someone is willing to pay, and your buying budget is flexible depending on condition of car. I have looked at several in the 21-24 range that are still for sale! Its not how much you ask....but how much you get out of the sale.

If you have some photos of your 1968 L79 and more details, this may be of interest to me. Where are you located?
Thanks.

Would you consider a '75 and up your budget to $21,000? Mine is a matching numbers '75 L-82 engine with 1 repaint. Auto, leather interior, Air, PW, PS, PB, Tilt/Tele, factory condition.

More pictures upon request.

Check out the 68 just listed on the forum at $20,000. Looks like a great buy to me.
