It seems ebay does not care. I called and talked to 4 different people at the fraud department at ebay, and car is still listed. seller offered me the car for 25,000.00 cash, and is out of country right now. I asked him questions thru ebay and never replied thru ebay but somehow found my email address and responded to that. The car is on the C3 registry and pics and description was copy and pasted from that. I asked if the car was an A/C car and of course he said yes and it does not show as A/C on C3 registry nor do I see air compressor in pics. ebay is pathetic. I had an auction ended within an hour because I copy and pasted a description of an exact item I had. gone in less that and hour. Fake Corvette owner still listed after days of fraud...PRICELESS

Are you sure the owner /seller is not the same person as on the Registry ?

You are correct, the car pictured does NOT have a/c.

Maybe he/she is unaware of the ebay ad.

I tried contacting the seller who was listed ebay user ID jrgilchrist, and have not heard back. I am sure with my emails back and forth that the seller is a fraud.
