Default AIM smartycam integrated vs standalone

In viewing m-worlds website I see two video cam systems that are quite similar, but with slight differences.

INTERGRATED comes with the CANbus cable, but not a GPS module

STANDALONE comes with a GSP module, but not a CANbus cable

I'm really leaning towards the INTERGRATED model as I like that it overlays info from the ECM onto the video such as RPMs, gear selection, etc.

Does the INTERGRATED one have a built in GPS or do I ALSO need a data logger w/GPS built in, and thus connected to the Camera?

Perhaps get the STANDALONE version (w/GPS) and purchase seperately a CANbus cable? Is that possible?

My only goal here is to obtain high quality video with all of the goodies overlayed. I do not care about analizing data logged info/printouts.

The integrated model is meant to be used with an AiM data logger, such as Solo DL, EVO4, etc. It pulls all the needed data (GPS, lap times, ECU data...) via the CAN cable from the data logger.

The standalone model is meant to be used independent of other devices. It needs a GPS module because it isn't connected to an AiM data logger.

If your goal is to obtain high quality videos with technical data (RPM, throttle position, etc.) overlaid without any data logging, there is a hybrid solution where you combine the standalone model with an ECU Bridge ($210). The ECU Bridge will feed SmartyCam HD all the ECU data. Hope this helps.
