Default Lexan Glass Windshield....

I'm installing a new windshield and decided to go with Lexan. Is anyone putting a protective sheet over it like the clear bra material used on the front of the car? Is this a product the you can get precut?

Looking for ideas.....

Lots of places down here in NASCAR-country can install tear-offs. You should be able to find similar business up there. Look to see where the short track guys are getting theirs.

I have a lexan windshield on my Ferrari 512TR Koenig race car

The windshield bows in at speed which isn't a problem cus I have a center bar in the windshield.

Can you get one that doesn't bow in at speed ?

You are looking for tear-offs. You can order them pre-cut, but they are very difflicult to install correctly. Probably worth paying for someone with experience to install them.
