Default NJMP Thunderbolt Monday 10/21.....

Anyone going? Myself and my buddy in his C6 coupe will be there.
It is a member/guest day, but anyone can go. It's just cheaper if a you are a guest of a member (which we are not).

I went to one on the Lightning circuit in July...It's a good day, pretty relaxed, not crowded, breakfast & lunch served, as well as free cold drinks all day!

I will be there with a buddy. Blue '03 z06 and he has a '94 Porsche 968. Both have black F150's with trailers. Stop by. Looks like a light crowd and good weather - hope I didn't jinx it.

^ There are a couple private events at NJMP Thunderbolt in November. One is geared towards advanced level drivers and another is open all skill levels. PM me if you want the info.

I just saw that they moved it! Uggh! I ran Lightning twice already and really wanted to run Thunderbolt. How is it running in those colder temps (traction wise) the end of October or into November?

Supposed to be mid sixtys and sunny so I think no problem. Planning to run my Conti shrubs.

I meant for later events, how is it to run in the colder temps. I know Monday looks fine...
I'll likely be there with my buddy.

I had ECS install a dry sump system because the 02 Z06 didn't have one and I got tired of blowing engines (4) because of oil starvation. You're a good driver, have fun and take video. Hopefully run into you again soon.

There are NJMP member days Nov 9/10 Lightning and 16/17 Thunderbolt. Cost for a guest is $199 per day I believe. If you don't want to run in Novice, a week before you need to get clearance by having another organization email them saying you run in a non instructed group with them (eg SCDA, PCA, HOD). If you post here, you will probably find a member that will sponsor you, or you can just call NJMP and they will probably set you up with someone. Expect a little bit of low pressure sales, but nothing like the timeshare people in Orlando.

Was nice meeting Dr Ron and co. today. Awesome day, except for waking up to 40 degree temps. Will have some video uploaded maybe tomorrow ... will post a link.

Nice driving Ray!
What do you have done to the car? Heads/cam/suspension I'm guessing?
