Default Oil temp display in Competitive Driving Mode

I did a search on this but couldn't find an answer.

Is there a way to have your oil temperature displayed in your DIC while you are in Competitive Driving Mode? No matter what I tried, "Competitive Driving" stayed on the display.

Mine changes back if you just hit the gauge select button after moving to comp mode. I don't have to hit reset first.

Usually if you already have oil temp selected when you hit comp mode all you have to do is hit the reset button.

Thanks. In my 2003 Z06 I hit reset and it popped up. I did have to hit reset first. Just hitting gauges before reset didn't do anything.

On my 2004 z you must reset first, just hitting gauges does nada. Tested yesterday.
