If able, run a short session to get them up to temperature, come in and bring them down to desired pressure while hot and don't touch them the rest of the day. Usually works for me while running several sessions a day. If racing it is better to keep good records on what tires like what starting temps in what ambient temps. Generally speaking, I would figure temps rising 10 to 12 pounds in a good session so plan accordingly and adjust as needed.

I ran my NT01s around 31-32 hot. When I checked cold a few days later it was 27 front and 25 rear. The hot temps were on a 94 degree day.

I have had good luck with NT-05s at 28F/30R cold. Usually winds up around 35-36 after 20min session. I have 7 track days on those once brand new tires. Rears are showing more wear than fronts. This is on a stock C5Z.
