New Carbotech Track Compound - XP24

I was using XP24 at VIR last week in my '02 Z06 with the AP T1 kit. I have always liked the feel of Carbotech pads and that is still the case with the XP24. I burned up a set of XP20's pretty quickly early in the year but the XP24's seem to be wearing very well. Admittedly VIR with the long straights gives the brakes plenty of time to cool down so the wear rate isn't as high as it can be at other tracks, but it was a good beginning.

Last week at the NCM - VIR event Danny Puskar from Carbotech came out to visit and he brought with him a few samples of the new XP24 compound.
We are waiting for more info but here's a brief summary of what he said.
The goal was to decrease the wear rate yet maintain the high friction and fade resistance of the other high end XP race compounds. We'll have to wait/see how that works out as they get used in the field.
Danny also mentioned that along the way these pads:
-Have the most linear friction curve he has seen.
-Are lighter than the other compounds
-Last longer on track
We garnered a couple sets from him - 1 for C6Z 1 piece fronts and 1 set Stoptech ST40 fronts.

Where do they fit in with respect to friction/wear resistance/rotor life/modulation/etc compared to the existing compounds? Better than every pad in every way?

May try a pair soon.
Does not matter wheather I amon XP12, XP20, or XR2, I go through over 1/2-2/3 of the front pad lining in one weekend at Sebring.
Would really like a pad I can run 2 weekends without having to change pads on Saturday evening.
Willing to be a beta tester

I am still getting pad taper with my T1 kit at Sebring. However, switching the pads is very easy with one bolt.

I've burned just about everything I've put on the track in the past couple years, even a set of proprietary pads from a forum vendor. If you're looking for a test pilot in South Florida, let me know.
I'm a long time fan of Carbotech!

Dammit I was about to put on the XP20s I got a few weeks back... I guess I'll try those next when they are available. Could Carbotech (Adam?) let us know when they are?
I also go through pads quickly and get taper with the T1 kit.
