Default What have you hit at the track?

I know this is not at the "track" but its got to be the weirdest thing I've seen.

I have seen a few post on the forum about hitting:

deer
dogs
rabbits

how often does this really occur?

I did hit a hedgehog years ago, at a time trial event at a local road race track. No damage to my vehicle. Best part was that one of my buddies was working that corner and had to sweep the carcass off the track.

Hold it the date on the screen shows this hasn't happened yet. Got another 11 years and 348 days before it occurs.

Had a close call at Sebring with a dirty white cat.

14 seconds in, missed by 5 Corvettes at the NCM event.

For MANY years at Nelson Ledges, there was a Ground Hog who lay on the berm at the outside edge of the carousel, watching the race cars go by. Everyone knew he was there, so I don't know that anyone ever hit him, although this was so many years ago (older members comment here) that he has probably died of old age

I hit a chicken in my C5...I had Z06 screens in the front vents and that chickens head put a huge dent in the screen. Poor chicken...took me two weeks to get all the feathers, blood and guts off the car.

Tire wall in the rain

Concrete wall, outside T5 at Road Atlanta.

Bird flew through the cockpit once too.
