Not sure what you mean including video, but TM doesn't do video on its own unless you add a separate camera.
Includes the sensor, display unit, the gps antenna, the cord between the sensor and display, CD, and the power cord (you would need to add your own cigarette lighter connector or whatever else; currently it is just a cut wire w/o the fuse). Already has the velcro on the back of both units. So, you can be set up in 10 minutes.
