That is Grant Reeve, He was coming back from Solo nationals in Lincoln Nb. I think he trophy-ed. He is about the fastest guy in a Vette in the northeast

Grant finished seventh out of 41 in Super Stock at Nationals. SS is arguably the toughest class in terms of driving talent at the SCCA Solo Nationals. By my count, seven previous national champs were in the class, and most of them have multiple championships on their resume.
