Default Endless brake pads for Z06 C6

Finely we found the solution how to solve biggest brake problem with Z06. Unfortunately there are not that many track brake pads available on the market for C6 Z06 Vette. The only way was to watercut best product on the market Endless MA45B (endurance compound) from Porsche GT3 RS to fit z06.

OK. I'll bite. How many $$$? Advantages over what is currently out there? I agree, there are few choices and they aren't getting less expensive. I think a $250 price point would be great for how thin the OEM pads are and how little use we can get out of them. 20 mm racing pads are cheaper!

In Europe they are not cheap about 1300$(only front brake pads), but worth every penny! Performance-wise there is no track brake pads that even close to Endless (Formula 1 cars use them!) and they last about 7-10 times longer then any other track brake pad.
For our racing school at Nurburgring we use only Endless, because to use them it is less expensive( per track mile)

Raybestos pads lie ST43, etc. easily last 3x longer than most other pads and are very rotor friendly. They're $275 for a front set. They are only available as padlets, and squeak way too much, though.

I wonder how much longer this pad lasts. If it's expensive, it would only makes sense if it more than makes up for it in pad life.

Those I never tried, but if they are similar to PFC01, then Endless have 6-7 longer life time and much better performance.
Best part about Endless brakes, that they do not generate a lots of heat and don't kill rotors. That was my biggest issue with other brake pads with endurance compound.

They do have a nice comparison of their compounds here.

They do test the pads on brake dyno and put some data for comparison. I heard they do test the competitors' products, too. I really wish one of these manufacturers like Raybestos, Carbotech, Cobalt, or Hawk test all the popular compounds on the brake-dyno and shared the results so we could have much less of a guessing game. As you can see from that chart above, the rotor wear, etc. can easily be quantitatively measured.

Already replaced second set of rear Cobalt Friction XR2. Front Endless shows about 20% of wear. Front brake rotors are very clean with no cracks. Next time Endless goes to rear as well

I contacted Gustav with Endless and it appears they do have one for the Wilwood SL's. My cousin lives in Sweden so I may have him pick up a set to try. No price established yet.

Ok, 6-7x longer life than PFC01's and better performance than them. And the preferred choice of the Ring and F1!

I will also bite depending on the price, but for sure if double the price, maybe for triple the price.

Does performance dropoff towards the remaining 1/3 pad wear?

Oh...and I have used XR2, DTC70, and ST43--->I get about the same rotor life with all of them (actually a little worse with ST43's).

So again, The Endless pads would be high on my list!!!!! Lets get them over here pronto!!!

Ap Racing used to have a chart with different pads and comparisons but I can't find it now. The chart didn't list all pad manufactures but the pad compound that AP recommended. This is all that I can find now:

Hi Gents,
We've recently started working directly with Endless Japan. We will be their east coast importer/distributor in the USA. I may be able to have them develop a one-piece C6 Z06 front and rear pad. I'm assuming that is something in which you folks would be interested? Please email me if you are. Thanks!

Let them know to make metal base as thin as possible! OEM Corvett calipers are too narrow and pads need as much friction material as possible

ps: I have 10-15% of pads left. Still no problem with brakes

If the backing plate is to thin, you are going to have issues.
