I installed one in my '05 without the EOC. I used an aircooled oil cooler.
This reduced temps considerably. The radiator is manufactured by DeWitts.

So is this the same as a DeWitts with EOC?

Yes, I bought mine from Zip and it shipped from Dewitts.
