Default Narra @ ra 4/14&4/15

With the AMP hpde weekend getting canned I had to find another option. I saw this on bimmerforums and signed up. I see a few of you have run with them.

http://www.narraonline.com

I will be in the green/hpde 1 group. Anyone else gonna make it out?

That's also the same weekend as NASA SE at Roebling Road. I can't make either. I have to work.

They are a great group to run with. I am committed to Roebling that weekend with NASA. Very Bummed out about the schedule conflict.

Default Narra

Here’s more info on NARRA

http://campaign.r20.constantcontact....Bmt41oMChRg%3D

I’m the GM of NARRA and a Corvette owner (Rob Morrison)
Our Event Manager is a Corvette owner
Our Chief Steward is a Corvette owner
Our TV Production Manager is a Corvette owner
And one of our Board members is a Corvette owner

Sonny and George Whelen first started racing with our organization and Whelen is the title sponsor of our Time Trials. The Whelen team cars will be at all the NARRA events with Eric Curran and other celebrity drivers throughout the year.

The MTI team and Reese *** come to our local events.

LG Motorsports is proud to announce a sponsorship deal with the Speedsouth / Active Power Racing Team, as they compete for the 2012 North American Road Racing Association USGT GT-U Championship.

The Speedsouth / Active Power Racing / LG Motorsports #9 Corvette will be competing at 6 venues across the country between March and October, demonstrating the capabilities of many LGM products. LG Pro Longtube Headers, Drop Spindles, G2 Coilovers, LG GT2 Wing, and LG/EMCO CG46 Gearbox are just a few of the LG products that make this Corvette one to watch.

Tom and David Leonard are longtime friends of LG Motorsports, and since their acquisition of Speedsouth in 2010, valued business partners. They continue to serve the Corvette community well, and we look forward to watching them carry the "We Race, You Win" banner onto the podium all around the US in 2012.

Talks are in the works with Callaway.

I also spoke with Joe at Phoenix Performance and they will be at select NARRA events in 2012.

The point is that were making a good home for all racers especially Corvette drivers :-)

I'd love to race with NARRA, but their entry fees to race are way too rich for my blood.

Does anyone on here run in the GT-3 group? Looks like a good fit for ST2 cars.

Why not just instruct and TT then?

Rob, when are we going to see that Vette make an appearance again. Seems like it's been forever since you actually drove it on the track.

Anyone else in? Originally assigned to Solo 1 but after discussing with Lisa, I am now in Solo 2. I have done advanced groups at RD ATL, but never done any groups with open passing. Not sure I am ready for that. Hoping to get some instruction as I haven't had any there in a couple of years. O% chance of rain for both days. AWESOME.

We can pair you with an advanced instructor for a session to help you get acquainted with the change.
