if stock size rotors, would they be AStock scca autox legal if they were drilled or slotted? Im thinking no, but curious

You are correct, you can't use those.... they must also be stock style rotors.

I will say this though... if you're looking to just run local events, I'd talk to you other competitors. Personally I think it's not a big deal and locally if you ran against me, I'd not care.

while you always want to get in the habit of following the rules, if no one cares there, then that's no biggie.
