I have been running Kumho 710's on my '07 C6 Z06 for DE events. Sizes have been 285's and 335's on the stock front and rear rims respectively. I just acquired a set of C5 Z06 rear rims to use on the front allowing me to go up to a 305 or 315 front tire size. My question is this - does anyone have experience with the 305 or 315 Kumho 710 on the front? Do the 315's fit without clearance issues or should I play it safe with the 305's?

I don't run the Kumho but have no issues with 315x18 Hoosiers. Mounted on my CCW or Forgeline wheels.

315's can be used on the front of the C6 Z06 given the proper wheel but I think your issue is not one of tire size but wheel offsets. I would try to compare the dimensions and offsets of the C5 Z06 rear to a CCW 11X18 front and see what differences there are if any.

Should be easy enough - I have CCWs for the street, although I believe comparison with the fronts would be more useful. Bob at house of Wheels assured me the C5Z rears work on the front of the C6Z. I will post results.
