Default Lower Rear shock mount - free rotation?

Anyone know of a way to allow the lower rear shock mount to (more) freely rotate, in a NASA legal way (i.e. no modding the shock)?
I suppose a lower torque when tightening would do it, but looking for something more secure than that.

Thanks.

I think so, was thinking it would only work on Penskes but looks like it will work on anything (now that I see a pic).

Thanks.

Why not use the Pfadt Spherical bearing? They sale just that part alone.
