For winter maintenance I will be replacing the timing chain and valve springs on a 2001 ZO6 (48,000 miles, 50 track days). The only performance upgrades are long tube headers. It has alum rad and eoc.
Would it be worthwhile to upgrade the cam while it is tore down?
What are good torque cam specs?
