Default Ride Height Question

So, now that I have just installed my new VB&P Springs, (1100 F/800R) and new Bilstein shocks, how do I know where to set the ride height? Do I just make sure all sides are the same height?

I understand that I can use the adjustable spring bushing bolt for height adjustment,s but my question is what factors determine the height I should be striving for? I have driven around the block several times, nothing seems to be bottoming out. Just curious as to what I should have as a goal.

Thanks for your input.
