Rear Right Wheel noise while turning?? What is it??
Alright my first hunch here is that the hub or bearing in the hub is going out.
I haven't had a chance to jack it up yet and do the 12/6 or 9/3 checks on the wheel but any idea what this can be.
I check hard right turns and no real noise, but hard left turns it sounds like a rotational nosie.
I am no expert but any ideas would help.

I'm guessing about 99% sure this is a wheel bearing. Jack it up and check it out.

Its sounds pretty far out to the outside of the car, so i am hoping its a hub.
I jacked it up and the main hub bolt under the wheel cap was loose. I had a shop tighten that down and its still making that kind of grinding noise when i turn.
They are going to pick up a hub and then ill see about taking my car to them on Friday.
Its always something else. I haven't even been on the track in 6 months so i really don't know why it started making noise now.
I have a track event already scheduled for the 30th of Oct so i need to get it fixed fast as well.
Anyone have any ideas, i am really hoping its not a halfshaft I don't want to dig into the diff.

I have a hunch it may be related to suspension. I know i have clipped a couple sharp curbs with my back rear wheel. When i was leaving my apt complex going over a speed bump i heard a similar sound. Could something be wrong in that area?

Did you check the slide pin seals on your Caliper? I had one come loose and the slide pin didn't rebound correctly causing the pad to rub on the rotor. I clean it, regrease it with hi temp grease and put a new seal in. Problem solved. And yes, it sounded like a hub bearing.
It still could be the hub too, but I check the simple things first.
