Deleting Secondary Air Injection pump.
I just installed my new motor and want to do a lay down radiator. I have come across the Secondary Air Injection pump. I know what it does with the emissions at start up. I've read that it can be removed and have it tuned out. What have you guys done? Removed it or mount it else where?
Thanks guys,
Thanks guys,

Anyone else can help me out on this? Any tricks on making this happen with out a check engine light? I'm about to remove this and just want to know what to expect.
Thanks

I wanted to take just the pump off. If I need to smog it, I could just put it back on and leave the hose in place. Would I have to plug the hoses going to the pump?
thanks,
thanks,

Thunder Racing sells a block-off kit. Just remove it and cap the vacuum line. There's a check valve in the system that can throw a MIL. I had any related codes turned off with my tune.
