The Johnny O'Connell / Corvettes at Carlisle summer promotion is here!
From LeMans to Carlisle, take advantage of a special promotion to celebrate Johnny O'Connell's amazing LeMans winning career and his attendance at the 2011 Corvettes at Carlisle event!
A little background - Johnny’s name is synonymous with Corvette Racing as he has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans four times and is the most successful American Le Mans driver in its history. Starting back in the early stages of Corvette’s resurgence into factory backed racing, Johnny helped propel the team to victory lane time and time again, as well as being responsible for Corvette suspension and handling development. Now Johnny has his own line of suspension developed together with Pfadt Race Engineering. Everyone involved knew that Corvettes at Carlisle was the most important show to attend to interact with Corvette fans from around the nation! The fantastic Corvettes owners and fans who attend will be able to stop by Pfadt Race Engineering’s booth and meet Johnny to talk everything ‘Vette with him, whether it be technical set up or race stories.

My JOC bars and shocks are being installed on my 08 Z06 right now and I will give them their first workout at the NCM VIR HPDE June 27 & 28th.
After that I will be back to give a review.
I will be at Carlisle in August for sure to meet Johnny.
Thanks
Hey Aaron, will you be at VIR with us again this year?

Just wanted to take another opportunity to say thanks again to Pfadt Race Engineering for their continued support of NASA racers. I for one can not thank you guys enough.

Hey guys. The bump stop remains intact for the JOC shock install. There is a little ride height adjustability when using these shocks with the factory bolts, but we don't recommend lowering the car past the factory bolts. As you lower the car farther and farther on the factory bolts you lose suspension travel. The proper way to significantly lower the corvette really is with coilovers.
Thanks for the kind words! We try our best to support the folks who keep us in business.

Well it looks like Johnny had a conflicting race scheduled during the Corvettes at Carlisle. This is extremely unfortunate news but we will not leave anyone hanging. We will still be there, at the East Coast Supercharging booth, and have plenty to talk about.
In the mean time, we are potentially going to have Johnny chat live right here on Corvette Forum so you guys can ask him any questions you have about the package and driving and racing in general. What do you guys think of that? Anyone interested in talking to Johnny?

Our congratulations goes out to Johnny O'Connell and Cadillac Racing for their First Place Finish at Mid Ohio this weekend! This is the first win for Cadillac Racing since 2007, and first over all win since using the current CTS-V Chassis. Johnny made a strong move to pass from 4th to 3rd late in the race, and on the final lap when the 1st and 2nd place cars took themselves out Johnny was on the spot and cruised home for a 1 second victory!
Go Johnny Go!
