Default C6 brake sensor

Installing a brake pressure sensor for a data logger. The supplier suggested to tap the master cylinder at the front as shown below left. There are some posts here on running a tee. Which side and what about pressure variance? C6 MC on the right

Interesting. I would be a little worried whether there is enough material in the front to form a good seal. Notice how there is a bit of extra casting around the ports.

For a tee, pick either. On the C5, the port closest to the firewall is a very rare M12 x 1.5 fitting. If the MC on the C6 is the same, use the front port as a tee will be much easier to find. All the proportioning is done by the abs unit, so both MC ports will see the same pressure (unless there is a problem).

Check the schematic for the ABS and there is a pressure signal already there. Just tap into that wire into you data logger. Make sure the data logger does not load the line.

I found a schematic for a C5 in the following post. Any idea if the C6 is similar? The brake pressure sensor is shown on the third diagram, but I am not sure of the PS location. Thanks for your reply.
