Great videos - thanks for posting ! Accuracy in your driving is really critical - the lack of any type of runoff area on the hill climbs is scary. Any mistake is going to be huge.

I enjoyed those. Also very educational.

I'll be doing Polish Mountain this year, and I'm wondering how I'll take to Hill Climbing.

A friend of mine wrote an article on hillclimbing in it he stated "you have to understand that if you hillclimb sooner or later you will crash." You have to be willing to except the chance that if you are going to be competitive it will happen.
The Polish Mountain run above was a new record by 2 seconds. The very next run (below) was well on It's way to being faster. But a failure in the crank case evac system caused oil to pump out of the dip stick tube and spray on the driver front tire. Although I ran two more events and even set another record at Jefferson the car has never been right since Polish, the driver front tire is pushed back 3/4 inch. I have not decided if I will fix it or part out the car and pick up a C5 or even something else. Family health problem will keep me from running most of this year but I will be hillclimbing again.

JiminVirginia I plan on going down to Polish this year but I will just work the event. You have to stop over at the Wankerville (Pittsburgh) area and say hi.
