Default Help With Hardbar Ride Height Bolts

I took my car in for some work that required dropping the front cradle. While they were at it, I had them replace the ride-height bolts with the Hardbar kit. I didn't give specific instructuctions on how I wanted them to measure...

They had been adjusted bottomed out, then three turns up on the stock bolts. Does anyone know what the reference point is with the Hardbar bolts bottomed out vs. stock?

Thanks.
