Default New Hinged tow hook for front?

The Breathless Performance Corvette C6 Hinged tow hook provides a secure location for a safety crew member to attach a tow rope or for using a winch when loading on a trailer.

We are considering manufacturing the hinged tow hook and selling for $150.00 +/-

Please let me know your thoughts

looks like it's rusting at the hinges. Is it available in titanium? How is it mounting in the rear or bottom as it looks like it is boxed down. Not to much leverage when pulled?

That first picture is mine and it's a picture of a Phoenix Performance folding towhook for a C5 Z06. I can assure you all it's not titanium.

How about you put up pictures of your own work on your own cars? Or you can send me royalties.... I like Titanium lugnuts.

What do you mean "if true"... it's my picture. He took it from THIS thread where I asked if anyone had welded it in place...

It appears the solution would be to weld it to the frame around the perimeter so it can't flex like that anymore. Or weld a trianguler brace from the top of it to the front frame bar. Anyone else have the same issues?

Here's some pics of how I installed it...

EDIT: I see the picture is now removed from the OP... I should have quoted the original form for posterity. The one on the yellow c6 are Phoenix too.

I thought that pic looked familiar when I saw it yesterday. I also thought to myself, "Damn, that looks just like the Phoenix I put on my C5Z." Good catch, Trav.

Well I gave the benefit of the doubt. To copy a product and not even use your own copy for the picture is just LOW!

Closing this thread as it appears to conflict with site rules on several fronts.
