With that kind of inaccurate info, I wouldn't trust that the rest of the info is anywhere near true, especially 220 mph among other info

It's possible, but probably has never been verified. It would take about 900 HP to overcome the aerodynamic drag at 220 MPH. That is probably what they are using to make that claim.

Considering the owner probably spelled Doug Rippie correctly when submitting the information I'd say B-J screwed that up royally. I'd let Rippley slide but "Douge?"

I rather doubt LPE really put 360 miles on the car just testing their installation. It's not R&D...I think they've done a few before.

The 220 mph claim is a little suspicous. Imagine going 220 in a rag top. The shape with the top up is close to the FRC shape which wasn't anywhere near as aerodynamic as the coupe so I suspect it would take a lot more horsepower and a pretty good wing on the rear to get to 220. Without a rear wing I could see the rear of the car lifting off the ground somewhere around 200.

That is way too funny Everybody with the last name Rippie has been called Ripple, Rippely, and stuff like that. It's best in front of a large group of people Like graduations and winning stuff at the wife's company holiday party.
