Default Rolex 24 Hour at Daytona

There are NO Corvettes entered (as of 1/10) on the entry list for the Rolex series 24 hour race at Daytona. LRPG switched to Camaro, and neither Whelen nor LGM have an entry. Sad.

I think the Whelen car will be back after Daytona. The 24 is such a budget and car killer. Eric Curran was in one of the Camaro's.

Leighton's Camaro is the 97 Stevenson car from last year. I believe it is originally one of the Pratt & Miller cars LRPG ran as a Pontiac.
Tradin' racers back and forth.

I would guess LG will be back when and if they can get some partners.

Grand Am is a hard nut to crack for Corvette. I think it is one of the best sports cars you can buy, but in GA you are competing with all sorts of mixes of OEM and tube-frame cars. I'm sure GM is pushing the Camaro, so there is no support there, so only true Vette lovers like us would do it.....and I'm sure lack of funding is ultimately holding us all back!
