Default Top Gear @ VIR finally aired

You all may remember several months ago Top Gear shot an episode in the mountains of NC and VIR.

Well, it finally aired...

http://www.streetfire.net/video/top-...-1_2100196.htm

Pretty good episode. Though we spent several hours at the track during the shoot, only a bit made it through editing.

My buddy Eric got his shot on the big screen

And here's me walking across the bridge

Congrats to the rest of you folks who made it on the show. I know there are a couple of you on this forum

Hey,
Remember I was in the #21 1970 Nascar Mercury Cyclone....

Got a couple of nice shots of us coming up the Uphill Esses.

And yeah, Eric will live this one up for quite a while

Yes after the first session as we lined up on the hot grid we noticed that the three Corvettes had somehow made their way to the front of the pack. The only car in front of us was an Ariel Atom.

It was a fun day and now that the show has aired we can post up our photos and video.

My favorite is this video of a certain Machine Silver '04 Z06 number 777 passing a red Ferrari 458!!

Here are the pictures.

Just joined. I had a few Data system questions from members and thought it would be good to answer the questions so everyone could see.

I have been a lurker for a while though...I have Corvette Envy.

Thanks for posting the link.
There are some great views of VIR not normally seen on our typical in-car vids. God, I love VIR.

Thanks for posting. They were supposed to let us know when it was going to air. But TV producers forget 99% of promises ... a good bit like politicians in that regard.

The top gear guy in the mercedes did a lot of lawn mowing. I'm surprised those cars made it out in one piece!

I saw hammond losing it in the esses from a mile away. A shame he didn't hit the tire wall though, that wouldve been fun.
