Default viper NARRA tires??

anyone seen how much these sell for??

i saw them on a viper this weekend at car craft. they were 305 and 335 so perfect sizes for z06's.
cant seem to find much info on them although i am sure they are pretty close to r6 in hardness sort of like the old VRL hoosiers

bet they are VRLs. just new ones.
This is what I found on their web site

all cars shall run the series spec tire - Hoosier Competition VRL
tires. No Hoosier Autocross “A” or other non-VRL compound tires will be allowed for GT-C cars in
the series.
3. All Hoosier tires will be branded and will be purchased from a VRL approved supplier.

I talked with Hoosier about these when I was looking at r100s. They are the only r80/100 in my size, 315/335. Not saying that is the compound tho.
You can not get them unless you race in that series.... End of story.

Buy the scubs. Or just go to the race event and buy them out of the tire trailer.

guess here is $1600 a set

I would buy VRL scubs, 3-5 sets a year. Run 4-5 weekends on them. Think I still have one set with 4 heat cycles on them.

Not as fast as Rs and no where near As speeds but a good track day tire.

yeah i have ran through 1 set of the vrl scrubs last summer and they were good. i have another set i need to use up still.
figured i would try to find out if they are the r80\r100compound as that would be sweet if they were

love my michelins but if there is some cheap scrubs out there to run on my usual home track i would burnn those up 1st
