Ultimate C6 Z06 pad for auto-x?
OK folks, I am running C6 Z06 brakes on my car and am hoping to get some feedback on what pad is THE BEST for autocross? Don't care about noise, dust, etc - just performance.

I use Carbotech. Noisy as hell, but they stop like you like you are hitting a brick wall.

They only have like 10 compounds. Maybe you could be more specific? Are you are using them for autocross specifically? Or track days? I know there is a big difference in track vs autocross compounds.

Stock pads in the front and Hawk HP+ in the rear. For autocross the Corvette lacks in rear brake bias, upgrading the rear and not doing the front makes a huge difference.

CL Brakes RC5+. They have Outstanding cold bite and require no bed-in. They are fantastic AutoX pads, and also very street friendly...very little dust and noise. They are a bit spendy, but there is nothing else like them on the market.

Rear C6Z06
You can see some reviews of these pads on our site.

I am running XP8 rear, XP10 front as an all around pad setup, street, track, autocross, etc.....and they work great, a bit dusty but do not eat wheels, paint, etc...a bit noisy on rare occasions.....and they bite all the time, cold, wet, hot, does not matter, I love them
