Default **Performance Friction Brake Specials at LG Motorsports

Hi guys,

Looking for more braking power from your Corvette this summer? Let LG Motorsport's racing experience work for you!!.

Unmatched braking ability, pedal feel, modulation, and durability once only shown to race teams are now available for Corvette owners. PFC's Z-Rated brake upgrades for Corvette's front and rear Z-rated kits are engineered for torque balance and un-compromised operation of the factory ABS system. These also retain the stock "drum-in-hat" parking brake for a true bolt on system. These will be the basis for the same brakes to be used on LGMotorsport's GrandAm race cars!

HUGE SAVINGS!! CALL FOR DETAILS

PFC ZR31 Calipers
  • Race proven ZR31 monobloc calipers
  • Solid bridge design with 4 pistons
  • CNC machined from solid billet high temp. aluminum alloy
  • Stainless Steel pad abutments
  • Integrated bleeder and crossover pipe guards
  • Short aspect ratio design yields stiffer caliper body
  • 100% pressure tested at the factory
  • Includes DOT-FMVSS 106 spec. braided steel lines

PFC's Exclusive V2 Direct Drive attachment system

  • Two piece full floating V2 Attachment hardware
  • 362mm x 32mm (14.25" x 1.25") front rotor
  • 371mm x 30mm (14.50" x 1.00") rear rotor
  • High Carbon alloy rotor with copper and molybdenum for max. temperature strength
  • Aircraft quality heat treatment
  • Rotor run-out held to less than 0.0005" tolerance
  • Rotor thickness variation less than 0.0002"

PFC Brake Pads
  • Z-Rated Carbon Metallic Multipads formulated for car fitment
  • Higher coefficient pads for severe duty use
  • Torque matched to larger two piece front and rear rotors
  • Non-asbestos pads

The Short aspect ratio 4 piston caliper design yields a stiffer caliper body to reduce drag and temperature as well as improving release over a heavier 6 piston caliper. Giving the customer less un-sprung weight per corner and more uniform pad wear. The monobloc CNC caliper body with integrated bridge improves response by increasing caliper stiffness. This also reduces deflection and pad taper giving you more pad life.

V2 Direct Drive attachment method floats the rotor flange together with the had and spreads the torque takeout load. Re-usable hat assembly reduces lifetime costs. V2 attachment with anti-rattle washers improves control and release. Also eliminating vibration and pulsation and reducing piston knock back which already plagues Corvette racers.

Look for Performance Friction Brakes on LG Motorsports GrandAm Race cars at a track near you!

This is for a limited number of kits, so call soon! Kits are in stock and ready to ship ASAP!!

StopTech has always made a great product and they are a very good system.

You will find more hardcore race features in the PFC kits compared to other kits on the market. If you wanted to compare to one of the other kits, you would have to look at StopTech's Trophy kit or Brembo's GTR kits.

The calipers are stiffer and lighter than others on the market. The rotors are setup as a full floating race piece. Same ones used on our race car actually, just a different size.

Piston seals are moved inside the caliper to protect them more from the heat than what you would find on a street kit, and the pistons themselves are more designed for extreme duty use.
