Default Last season for monticello motorclub?

I heard rumors that this is the last season the club will rent out the track to HPDE/ auto groups... is this true?

We were notified that it would not be available for Club Racing/HPDE.

That would really suck, that's a fun track. Anyone want to sponsor me as a member? (what is it $125 or $150k to join?) -Dan

Was there 2 weeks ago, and the more I drove it, the more I liked it!!

It was a TERROR on tires though. I think one day was equal to about 2-3 days of normal track wear. You just felt bad for the tires and your wallet.

I read it on the PDA website that next year they would not be utilizing MMC anymore, and that MMC was not going to be renting out to organizations.

Just to bring back an old post (there was another on this topic too) - I was at Monticello with scda today (wet, yuck.), and they confirmed, no rentals at all next year. -Dan
