Really old news...

They did that so they could keep all of the up-front money USF1 gave for the chance to race. Kept that money from being considered to the creditors during the liquidation.

The "ban" from racing in F1...big deal. Like those guys are ever going to take a whack at F1 again when it cost them a fortune with nothing to show.

I think they deserve it. The guys at USF1 were less than honest about their situation and it kept another team, that actually had a car, off the grid.
