Default Thanks David!! v. vinyl

I contacted David Farmer a little while back about making a helmet visor banner for me. I was a little picky about the style/dimensions, but fairly open about the color. The yellow I wanted, but I didn't know about the Corvette logo outline, I left that up to him. With the (questionable) template I mailed him, he came up with this for me:

The lettering and emblems are vinyl on top of vinyl (all pretty heavy duty too), and I don't see them coming apart easily...and I'm not going to try. Turn-around from David was very fast, and it came just in time to use at my Double National weekend last week

(note: I got the jolly roger somewhere else)

Sorry for the crappy cell pics. I've been traveling on weekends for races, and weekdays for work regularly; when I'm home the last thing on my mind is taking helmet photos with my real camera

Thanks again David! I really couldn't be happier with it!

Looks really good. Did the helmet originally come in the satin black finish?

All of my helmets (motorcycle, racing, mountain bike) have been black, I've never worn a white helmet to compare so I don't know. Can't imagine it making much of a difference though being that a helmet is enclosed. When racing my Formula Ford I have the visor all the way down, in the Corvette I slightly crack it (maybe a 1/4"..possibly less) so I get some constant air flow. Last couple times out though I had too much going on to think about if i was hot
