FS Corsa TI exhaust without secondary mufflers or cats...VERY RARE!!!
I bought this exhaust while I was in Iraq. I was going to put it on my FRC for my 442ci LS7 build but it will not work with the X-pipe I have.
This is a VERY rare system. Corsa only made these for a limited time and the ones without the secondary muffler that runs up the torque tube tunnel are even rarer. This system is NOT for someone looking for a quite exhaust system. It essentially is a lighter ZO6 TI system with the TI bypass mod but unlike the stock ZO6 TI system the Corsa uses 2.5 inch pipes the entire way, 4" tips, and their great mufflers...from everyone I have talked to and video's I have seen on this system it should sound AMAZING on any car.
Here's an article on the Corsa system from when it first came out:

I have seen a few Corsa TI systems for sale on this site over the years but they don't pop up very often. I have not seen one without the secondary mufflers. From what I have heard Corsa only made the ones without the secondary mufflers for a short time. Then people complained that the exhaust was too loud so they added the secondary tube mufflers to try to help quite it down a bit.
Ok now onto my particular system. When I bought it my system already had a few signs of use. The Corsa system uses VERY thin titanium pipes to save weight...However when installing if you tighten the clamps that connect the sections of pipe too tight you will bend the pipe end. So instead of being completely round a few of my ends are starting to be slightly oval shaped. The previous owner was going to use this tool:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...unction=Search
and that should straighten them out fine...just be carefull not to tear the thin titanium if you chose to straighten the ends out.
My system also has a small dent in it from something. I and the previous owner were both going to just leave the dent rather than risk ripping the titanium trying to pop the dent out.
Below are some pictures the previous owner took for me and sent me when I was buying it.

This is still a VERY nice system. It's extremely light and very rare.

I don't think the pics were working before...they should be working now though.
I was contacted by the 1st owner (I am the 3rd owner...although the 2nd owner never installed them either since he ended up just using stock Z06 TI exhaust for his built motor) and the 1st owner has the Corsa TI cats that mount infront of the H section at the start of the exhaust. If you have long tube headers the cats will not work for you anyway. However if you want to use stock manifolds he had already cut the cats to slip right onto the end of the stock manifolds. If a potential buyer is interested I can work with you and the 1st owner to get the cats...you would be buying them from the 1st owner and not me though.
Thanks for the interest everyone.

I am interested but what you are calling a secondary muffler is actually the resonance canceling chamber. The mufflers in the photo are the actual added muffler (this is where the straight pipe goes if you want a louder system). Do you have the resonance portion?

No I do not have the resonance portion. I thought the 1st version of the system (mine) still had the "patented Corsa resonance cancelling mufflers" whereas the revised version added the chambered tubes to help quite it down further. Either way I do not have the center tunnel chambered tubes though.

I am going into Canada for the next 2.5 days so I will not be able to get online or answer my phone (international $$$). I will respond to any questions once I get back into the USA. Thanks
