You might want to talk to "Woods" about it. He has their hood. I asked him about it as I saw some pictures of his car in one of the ACP threads. Here, this thread (see posts 79 and and 82):
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/auto...ducts-acp.html
He told me it was very poorly fitting when it arrived and took a lot of money to make it look good.

I vote for ACP. I bought a hood from them and it fits great.
Quality product.
My body guy painted the hood off the car and I installed it myself.
He "warned" me that aftermarket hoods usually don't fit like OEM and usually takes some work to get them looking decent because of quality.
The ACP hood is good quality and he didn't have to "fix" it before painting. I think it fits as good at the OEM hood. The hinges and latches bolt right up.
Only draw back is waiting time. Apparently they didn't have the hood pre-made. But quality is worth the wait if you aren't in a big hurry.

ACP parts are very high quality and great fitting.
